| Exhibition introduction

Ottawa, Ontario, April 23, 2014—The Canadian International Trade Tribunal initiated an expiry review of its order made on January 6, 2010, in Expiry Review No. RR-2009-001, to determine if the continued or resumed dumping of certain carbon steel fasteners originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China and Chinese Taipei and the subsidizing of such products originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China, excluding the products described in Appendix 1 to the notice of expiry review, are likely to result in injury or retardation.

On August 21, 2014, the Canada Border Services Agency will determine if there is a likelihood of resumed or continued dumping and/or subsidizing. In the event of positive determinations, the Tribunal will determine, on January 5, 2015, whether the continued or resumed dumping and/or subsidizing is likely to result in injury or retardation.
